ING attaches a lot of importance to the satisfaction of its clients. For that reason we regularly organise surveys in which we ask for your opinion. We are making more and more use of the possibilities of the internet for these surveys. The e-mails that invite you to take part in a survey are sent directly by our external partners. This means that you will not see 'ing.be' in the sender's e-mail address. Nevertheless you can be sure that these surveys take place with the authority of ING and that you can trust the sender.
